Is there a Dress Code?

We are a refined casual tapas bar. We encourage guests to dress relaxed but put together for the occasion. For everyone’s comfort, we’re unable to accommodate swimwear or wet beach attire, and footwear is required. Evenings are slightly more elevated, think smart casual.

Can you cater to large group bookings?

Besa has a unique floor plan made up of booth tables. The largest booth seats 7 guests. Any groups larger than this will be seated on separate tables. Groups of 7 or more are required to dine on the banquet menu. A 10% service charge applies for groups of 7 or more.

Is Besa halal?

Besa is not halal-certified, and we serve pork on the menu. Please note we have alcohol in the venue.

Do you have vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free or coeliac options?

We can cater for most dietary requirements. Please advise our team at the time of booking.

Do you offer take-away?

We do not offer any takeaway at Besa.

Do you accept walk-ins?

We do accept walk-ins, however, we do not allocate any dedicated walk-in section, it is based on table availability at the time.

Where is the nearest parking?

We best advise customers to make the most of street parking around Bondi area. Please note, there is a multiple storey car park close by.

Are you wheelchair accessible?

Besa is wheelchair accessible and has access to accessible bathrooms.

Are children welcome in your restaurant?

Please note that our venue operates as an 18+ venue.

From Sunday to Thursday, children are not permitted on the premises from 8:00pm onwards.

From Friday to Saturday, children are not permitted on the premises from 6:00pm onwards

Do you have set menus?

We have one banquet menu available, one valued at $95 PP

Do you offer drinks packages?

Yes, we have beverage packages available upon request. Please speak to our reservations team for pricing and inclusions.

Can you BYO?

Besa has a fully licensed bar and does not allow BYO.

Can I bring balloons, flowers or decorations to my booking or event?

Yes, we are certainly able to accommodate guests bringing along their own decorations, we only ask if the decorations are small to ensure we have enough room on the table to serve the food.

Do you sell cakes?

We do not have celebration cakes to purchase, however, guests are welcome to bring in their own cake. Please note a cakeage fee of $5 PP applies. However, the cakeage fee is waived if the group dines from one of the banquet menus.
